Adam has been a project superintendent with Bauen since 1992. He is currently vice president of company. He attended Plymouth State University for business administration along with several safety and training programs over the past twenty five years. Major projects for Bauen include Huggins Hospital Medical Arts Center, Plaistow Public Library and the new Community Center, new Police Station and renovations and addition to the Downtown Fire Station for the Town of Meredith.

In his spare time Adam has been coaching soccer for many years, and boating on Lake Winnipesaukee. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle, and children Stephanie, Evan, Amanda, and Madison.
