The Phase II of Gilford Village Knolls is slab on grade, wood framed construction. The structure consists of floor and roof trusses, along with some steel supports. The vinyl siding and metal wrapped trim make the exterior maintenance free. There are 24 units on two levels. Two of the units are fully ADA compliant, and two units are set up for the hearing impaired.

Common area spaces include a laundry room and an activity room with a common kitchen area. Residents can enjoy several walking trails surrounding the

property.
