The Retreat
Bauen was selected to be the Construction Manager for the new 37,000 sf building in June of 2009. Construction started in April 2010 and was completed in July 2011. Extensive site work included a new entry access road to the facility. The steel framed building features thirty-two private room salon with a bistro, country kitchen, wellness center, spa and staff support areas.
