Bauen Corporation was selected to construct a new 7,000 sf maintenance garage for the city’s water department. The project was delivered using the design build method of construction. The 70’ x 100’ pre-engineered building has a 3/12 roof pitch and is well insulated. The interior finished space consists of an employee break room, locker room, mechanical room and workshop. A 1, 120 sf mezzanine open storage area above the finish spaces allows for material and equipment storage.
