Meredith Police Station
New Construction
Meredith's Police Department moved into their new facility in February 2007. On the exterior, the building was designed to blend in with Merediths small-town, New England architecture. On the inside, extensive input from Merediths officers and the building committee has created a design with features that provide an efficient and safe place for the police department to conduct their business.
Features, such as, sight and sound separated holding cells, a highly efficient dispatch area, separate sallyport and garage areas, extensive CCTV, electronically controlled access systems, and well laid out office spaces are all designed into the new facility to help the police department function as efficiently as possible.
