Michelle Downs

Michelle has been Bauen's Administrative Assistant / Office Manager / Bookkeeper since 2013. Although, being married to Adam she has been a company supporter for 25 years!

She is President of The Tilton School Parents Association, on the Board of Trustees for Tilton School, Past-President of the Inter-Lakes Youth Soccer League, enjoys spending time Adam and their four children Stephanie, Evan, Amanda and Madison. Together they keep busy fitness training, boating, skiing, and supporting favorite sports teams!
