The addition and renovation project at Tuftonboro Central School involved adding new classrooms and a complete kitchen, plus renovating the multi-purpose room and various existing classrooms. Through careful planning and scheduling with the faculty, safety and egress issues were continually reviewed to provide the proper environment for the schools occupants while construction activities were underway. A new heating and controls system was added to the existing building.

A close working relationship between Bauens staff and the schools administration resulted in a very positive and successful project for all involved. School remained in session throughout the renovation process.
