Wakefield Family Medicine is located in the center of Sanbornville. The renovated home had the typical problems, such as, parking, accessibility, and the need for upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems. Asbestos needed to be removed in the basement.

New plumbing and heating systems were installed. The house was re-wired and a new electrical service was added. Expanded parking with a covered ramp and entry was constructed to provide accessibility. Minor interior renovations allowed for four exam rooms, offices, and a community meeting room.
