This project took almost five years of planning and fund raising by Mrs. Bobby Locke and her Building Committee. There was a great need to build affordable senior housing in Moultonborough., and West Wynde Retirement Community will now meet this need.

West Wynde consists of twelve, one-bedroom units, a community room, and central laundry room. There are two A.D.A. compliant, units providing true independent living. The wood-framed structure is very energy efficient and is low maintenance. The exterior consists of vinyl siding and aluminum trim. The oil-fired hot water heating system and central ventilating provide year-round comfort.
