This two-story office building was constructed for numerous community

service organizations. Despite limited funding, federally mandated wage rates, and a wide variety of tenants, the building was fully completed on time and on budget. The attractive exterior is completely maintenance free and features vehicle access to both floors. The interior detailing makes the structure feel more like a home than an office building. A dedicated team effort between owners reps, architect, and construction manager made for a successful and enjoyable project for all involved.
