This project was a total demolition of the interior of an existing two story office building. Everything on the interior of the building was removed to bare stud walls.
Wakefield Family Medicine is located in the center of Sanbornville. The renovated home had the typical problems, such as, parking, accessibility, and the need for upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems.
Moultonborough Family Medicine is housed in an addition to the Glidden House in Moultonborough Center. The addition has wood clapboards and a wood shingled roof to match existing conditions.
